Mont Blanc is the highest mountain in the Alps, and lends its name to the Mont Blanc massif, which crosses France, Italy, and Switzerland. It has been a well-documented peak during the Frankish Empire and the Holy Roman Empire and has had many disputes regarding its ownership, some of which still continue. Nevertheless, Mont Blanc has challenged many climbers and adventurers, and has become a symbol of human ambition, tenacity, and fortitude.

This inspired the Montblanc Meisterstück “Tribute to Mont Blanc” 114 fountain pen, which features white precious resin that the brand rarely uses to symbolize its snowy terrain. The trims are gold-plated, and etched on the section is the historic massif and the heights of its prominent peaks. The finial has a white-star logo made from snow quartz, and the clip bears a serial number. The pen carries an Au750 (18-karat gold) F nib, brand new, but has missing papers.

Length capped: 12 cm.
